From the Vault: Harvey Edwards

Harvey Edwards was a passionate photographer since his first lesson at the age of 10. He was particularly struck with the medium’s ability to capture human emotion. He began his career as a photographer serving in the Air Force as a base and aerial photographer during the Vietnam War. However, he wanted to hone his artistic skill, and attended the University of Miami, focusing on the mediums of painting and sculpture. His work primarily focuses on the art and expression of dance. Edwards went on to exhibit his work in 64 solo exhibitions, receiving praise from Art Business News and The New York Times. Edwards’ work has been exhibited and sold both nationally, and internationally.
