Grace Lin
Grace Lin is a Taiwanese-American artist and writer who grew up in New York and attended the Rhode Island School of Design. Grace has illustrated and written more than 20 books, including the best selling Newbery Honor Awardee Where the Mountain Meets the Moon.
Many of Lin’s books are about the Asian-American experience. She believes that “books erase bias, they make the uncommon everyday, and the mundane exotic. A book makes all cultures universal.”
